Fees

My fees are per hour and I charge slightly higher rates through EAP's, organisations and insurance companies due to the additional administration work involved, typically £10 per session. This is negotiable where no admin is required.

Psychotherapy £65.00

Talking therapy to help you figure out the way through whatever it is you're struggling with. I incorporate various approaches in my work, so it may include some hypnotherapy, NLP or EFT depending on your needs and preferences. You can read more about the approaches I use here.

EMDR £80.00

Most clients are comfortable with 1 hour sessions of EMDR. If we need longer sessions, my hourly rate is pro rata and we will discuss this option fully before agreeing to longer sessions, typically 75-90 minutes.

Rewind Technique £80.00

For a single incident trauma, we may only require 2-3 sessions, which we will discuss during your consultation. Contact me to book one or read about Rewind Technique.

Supervision £50.00

This is my hourly rate, 1.5hr sessions are £70.00 however I am offering short term (up to 10 hours per person), free 1hr supervision sessions for qualified Counsellors/Psychotherapists this year whilst completing a level 7 qualification in supervision, please contact me to discuss.
